Does the High Representative intend, in the interest of human rights and the protection of people’s lives, to join the effort to identify those responsible for the murder of some 400 civilians found in mass graves in Eastern Ukraine?
What action has the High Representative taken thus far to ensure that the irregular units financed by the billionaire Kolomoiski are being disarmed and taken into custody by the Ukrainian authorities? Does the High Representative known whether and to what extent Israel, of which the oligarch Kolomoiski is a national, is involved in this struggle for the Don Basin with its valuable natural resources?
